- Log into Goward House
- Go to Info>Newsletters on Main Menu
- Click on Edit Page
- Click above the last Gazette to place the cursor
- Click on Add Media
- Click on Upload Files tab, top left
- Navigate to the gazette you wish to upload
- Double click on the file and click Open (Mac), lower Right
- When the file is uploaded, click Select, lower right
- The files full name appears in the editor
- Double click on the file name
- Click on the Edit Link icon at top of editor
- Copy and paste the URL (file address) into the box which appeared
- Click Apply
- Click gear icon for options
- Search for page Add the Gazette and click on it
- Click on Link Text text box
- Add the text you wish to show as link (eg., ‘July 2022’)
- Click on Update, bottom right
- Clcik the editor’s green save button (bottom right of editor
- Clcik the blue Update button, right side panel
